Ranjit is Co-founder and Managing Director of nSearch Group of companies in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, India, as well as prospective economies growing in the ASEAN and the Middle East regions.

He has over 30 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Management, running academic institutions in Singapore, UK and India.

Ranjit holds a Doctor of Philosophy from Coventry University, UK; a Master’s degree in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi; and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Thapar University, Patiala. His core expertise and experience lies in Information Technology, Engineering and Non-Technology for the public sector and industry.
