Job Description
- 6+ years’ experience in working on TIBCO, IT / software projects/programs.
- 8+ years’ experience in all phases of application software development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience of building and developing high-performance development teams through recruitment, coaching and mentoring.
- Expert knowledge of the SDLC, Agile, project management concepts and development methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).
- Experience of implementing modern source code control, continuous integration/delivery, unit testing, code analysis, test automation and release automation / DevOps tools.
