1. Introduction

At NSEARCH GLOBAL PTE LTD (“nSearch”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we respect the privacy of all our stakeholders and are committed to safeguarding the personal data you provide to us.

This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which we may collect, use, disclose, or otherwise process your personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012, as amended by the Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2020 (“PDPA”).

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data in our possession or under our control, including personal data in the possession of organisations which we may engage to collect, use, disclose, or process personal data for our purposes.

2. How We Collect Personal Data

Under the PDPA, business contact information such as your full name, business address, and business telephone number is not considered personal data where it is used strictly for business-to-business transactions.

We collect personal data by lawful and fair means and only where it is necessary for our business or legal purposes. We may collect personal data when you:

  • enter into an agreement or contract with us for our services

  • enquire about our services

  • contact us by phone, email, written correspondence, or through our website

  • respond to our electronic direct mailers or marketing communications

  • are referred to us by one of our clients

  • submit your resume or cover letter in response to recruitment opportunities

  • law enforcement agencies, regulators, or public authorities where required by law

Where required, we will obtain fresh consent if the purpose of disclosure changes from the original purpose.

7. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent for our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data at any time by submitting your request to us in writing.

Upon receiving your request, we may require reasonable time to process it and inform you of the consequences of your withdrawal, including any legal or contractual implications. In general, we aim to process such requests within 10 working days.

Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue collecting, using, or disclosing personal data where permitted or required under applicable law.

We may charge a reasonable administrative fee for processing access requests where permitted by law.

12. Transfer of Personal Data

Our data may be stored in cloud-based systems in the Asia Pacific region, including services provided by Microsoft OneDrive.

At present, we do not generally transfer personal data outside Singapore. Where such transfer is required, we will take steps to ensure that the transferred data is protected to a standard comparable to that required under the PDPA, and obtain consent where required.

We may use cookies to collect information about your online activity on our website and to improve your browsing experience.
