Jagveer Singh Arora is the Talent Acquisition Specialist and Account Manager with nSearch.

He is responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges and acts as a liaison between the client and the Company. He identifies opportunities for account growth and oversees the negotiation and renewal of contracts agreements with clients and proactively engaging with clients to foster long-term relationships.

He is also responsible for sourcing candidates by collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and creating recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s goals. He reviews resumes, conducts initial screenings, and assesses candidates’ qualifications, skills, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
